Free Family Film Festival returns to Jaycee Park in July
The annual free Family Film Festival returns to Jaycee Park beginning at 8 p.m. July 6.
Guests can bring blankets, lawn chairs and picnics to watch recent, PG-rated movies under the stars.

The series opens July 6 with "Dreamer: Inspired by a True Story."
Kurt Russell stars as Ben Crane, a horse trainer who was fired when his best horse broke his leg. Dakota Fanning plays his young daughter, whose unwavering faith in her father and the horse helps both to return to their former glory.
Emma Thompson is "Nanny McPhee," which will be shown on July 13. Seven incorrigible children have forced nanny after nanny to quit, but they meet their match when magical McPhee comes on the scene.
On July 20, "Zathura" follows the adventures of two brothers who discover a mysterious game that takes them on a fantastic journey into space.
The series ends on July 27 with "Yours, Mine and Ours." Opposites attract, but can they form a perfect union when it means combining two very large families? Dennis Quaid and Rene Russo marry, but it is hate at first sight for their 18 children.
The Family Film Festival is presented by the Cultural Affairs Division of the city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services.
