Authorities throughout the valley are searching for 21-year-old Sir Isley Duncan.
Henderson police say he is the man who shot a 31-year-old woman and 24-year-old man on June 21 at the Montego Bay apartments, 1050 Whitney Ranch Drive, near Stephanie Street and Russell Road.

Duncan faces two counts of attempted murder and one count of battery with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting, said Keith Paul, spokesman for the Henderson Police Department.
The two victims, whose names were withheld by police, were inside an apartment with Duncan when an argument broke out, Paul said.
The three went outside the apartment, and Duncan then pulled out a handgun and shot and wounded the two victims, police said.
Their conditions were not available on Thursday.
