Terrible's Casino has recently restructured its slot club -- and has simplified point redemptions at the food outlets and gift shop. Members now earn one point for every $1 coin-in (except for nine video poker machines where they earn one point for every $2 coin-in). Points can be redeemed for cash (500 points equals $1 cashback), buffet and bar comps (100 points equals one comp dollar) or Bougainvillea Café comp, gift shop items or items from the players club catalog (200 points equals one comp dollar). All members must get a new card. Old cards can be deposited into a special drum located in front of the Player's Club. On Wednesday, the casino will draw for 20 $500 cash prizes. Players must be present to win. (This change affects only the Las Vegas casino. The Player's Club at the Pahrump properties remains unchanged.)

On Saturday, the Gold Coast, Suncoast and South Coast will give out (while supplies last) 10-inch patriotic stuffed teddy bears to all bingo players at all sessions. New Frontier Reward Club members who play four sessions from Saturday through Tuesday can receive a patriotic suncatcher. Through July, the Silver Nugget is running a special $300/$600/$900 coverall game every Monday through Thursday at the 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. sessions.

Every day in July (once per hour 11 a.m.-11 p.m.) the California will select at random a slot or table game player to roll two large dice and receive 10 times the amount they roll in dollars. You must be a Player's Gold member to participate.

During Jackie's July Hawaiian Shirt Giveaway, all El Cortez players hitting a $200-plus slot jackpot or a $300-plus video poker jackpot get a special ticket that can be redeemed for a Hawaiian shirt (available in several colors and sizes). Tickets can also be redeemed for a $10 gasoline card or a $10 Smith's grocery card.
