"They don't have the rights to my life story and I'm still alive," said Storm, who recently moved to Las Vegas.

Storm, who made her first Las Vegas performance since 1987 on Friday at the Celebrity Theatre on Third Street, said she would be disappointed if Aguilera went ahead with the film without a courtesy call.

"I don't think they'd make an unauthorized movie," Storm, 78, said in a telephone interview from her home. "I own the rights to my life story and my book, 'The Lady is a Vamp.' "

Aguilera, 25, whose hits include "Beautiful," "What a Girl Wants" and "Stripped," has cultivated a raunchy image in recent years.

Her video for "Dirrty" was an MTV hit, and she created a buzz when she (and Britney Spears) kissed Madonna during a tribute to Madonna at the MTV Video Music Awards.
