David Foster walked the red carpet Saturday with Sandra Vidal.
The All's-Fair-In-Love-and-War Press Release of the Year arrived Sunday, reeking with payback.
We pass it along verbatim:

"'Uber' director Brett Ratner (currently on location in Paris filming 'Rush Hour 3'), was spotted Sunday getting cozy in the City of Lights, Paris, with NBC Las Vegas entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs.
"Alicia, who until recently was the permanent fixture on the arm of Grammy Award-winning producer, David Foster, has evidently moved on.
"It seems Ratner's grandmother, Fenita Pressman, made the initial introduction between the two. Grandma has been busy matchmaking for her pride and joy and recently spotted Alicia, while the two women were at the Juan Juan Salon in Beverly Hills.
"Within moments, Fenita was on the phone with Brett, a dinner date was planned for Mr. Chows, and sparks have been flying ever since.
"It seems Jacobs has been swept off her feet and its 'tres' magnifique!'"
The release arrived a day after Foster's red carpet appearance Saturday with actress Sandra Vidal at the Andre Agassi Grand Slam for Children benefit concert.
Foster, the event's musical director for all 11 years, had been dating Jacobs, entertainment reporter at KVBC-TV, Channel 3, for about a year. Foster, 56, told red carpet reporters that he has been dating Vidal about three weeks.
Vidal, a native of Argentina, played fashion model Sofia Alonso during the 2001 season of "The Bold and the Beautiful,'' starred in the Spanish version of "Charlie's Angels" and had a cameo last month as a trophy wife in "CSI: New York."
Jacobs is a former Mrs. Nevada and Mrs. United States (1992). She and Dr. Loring Jacobs have been estranged since last fall. She filed for divorce in February.
Foster was married to Linda Thompson, Elvis Presley's ex-girlfriend, from 1991 until she filed for divorce last year.
Jacobs, in an unsolicited 2:45 a.m. call from Paris, denied any knowledge of the press release, other than to say, "I know of that company (Beverly Hills-based Gaudy PR)."
"I'm going to guess it's coming from his grandmother," she said.
The press release, which was sent to a dozen gossip columns around the country, had nothing to do with Foster's date, she insisted.
Nor was it a case of a scorned woman, Jacobs said.
She confirmed she flew to Paris to see Ratner on Saturday. "I'm very happy. Some great things have come into my life. I owe (Ratner's) grandma big."
She and Foster split about a month ago, she said.
After a long marriage, and a new relationship with Foster, "I needed to catch my breath, and so does he. It's the healthy thing for him to do," she said.
