West Charleston Library is offering a series of programs called Art Exploration! for kids ages 5 to 11. Youngsters learn about color, collages, clay and other materials. Library assistant Carol Conzen reads a book about artist Georges Seurat to the children. The program continues at 2 p.m. Saturdays through Feb. 24.
