Two-time defending Class 3A boys basketball champion Faith Lutheran didn't exactly look like a contender at the start of the season.
The Crusaders were without three starters for various reasons, including key holdovers Stephen McCall and Conner Maloney. Without them, the Crusaders had six losses by the first week of December.
