Steakhouse expands menu to include lunch

Marc's Italian Steakhouse, 7290 W. Lake Mead Blvd., has introduced a lunch menu, served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. weekdays. It includes starters such as roasted tomato soup and sea-salted Belgian fried potatoes with aioli, entrees including a grilled salmon salad and truffled Maine lobster macaroni and cheese, plus paninis, pizzas and more -- even a lobster roll "traditional New England style right down to the bread."...

Wolfgang Puck's Spago at The Forum Shops at Caesars, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has completed a renovation that includes a re-introduction of the restaurant's collection of art. Color accents include chocolate brown and white. And adjacent to the private dining room on the upper level is a lounge with plush sofas, a partial menu, dedicated server and 50-inch plasma TV. ...

The cafe at Puck's Postrio at the Grand Canal Shops, 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South, also has been redesigned, with a new menu by executive chef John LaGrone.
