Former South African President and Nobel Peace Prize Winner F.W. de Klerk will present "Bridging the Gap: Globalization without Isolation" at 7:30 p.m. April 17 as part of the annual Barrick Lecture Series at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway.
The presentation will be in the Artemus Ham Hall. Although the event is free, tickets are required and are available at the Performing Arts Center box office. Tickets are limited to two per person.

During his lecture, de Klerk will examine the changes in technology and global ideology that have transformed the world and will discuss the need for wealthy countries to assist underdeveloped nations.
