It’s been a year of juicy election-related tidbits, but these may be even juicier than most. Holsteins Shakes and Buns at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is inviting you to vote with your mouth. The Wall Burger is topped with pepperjack cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, tortilla chips and chipotle mayo, while The Foundation Burger has American cheese, lettuce, tomato, crispy onions and “top donor” sauce. They come with fries, are $15 each and are available through Nov. 8.

Food festival

Henderson restaurants will be highlighted during the DeCadence Food Festival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Central Park of the new Cadence community, off Lake Mead Parkway near East Warm Springs Road. Among the participating restaurants are Rachel’s Kitchen, Borracha Mexican Cuisine, Tucky’s BBQ, Bottiglia and Hank’s Fine Steaks &Martinis. Admission and parking are free, and kids will have access to the playground area and splash pad.

And a dinner featuring Rutherford Hill wines is planned for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. With an entree of roasted walnut-crusted salmon medallion, the four-course dinner is $69. Call 702-869-8500.
