CORRECTIONS

■ The number of months during which patients were in jeopardy was incorrect in a Las Vegas Review-Journal story Thursday about the suspension of Dr. Michael Kaplan's medical license. The Nevada Board of Medical Examiners said Kaplan's patients were in jeopardy for three months because he reused needle guides. The board advises patients who had prostate-rectal biopsies from Dec. 20, 2010, to March 11 to contact their physicians.

■ Jane Ann Morrison's Thursday column had an incorrect date for the closing of the Sahara. It closes May 16.
