Police identify man killed in northeast valley apartments Thursday

The Clark County coroner’s office identified the man shot and killed in a northeast valley apartment complex Thursday night.

Dan Archie, 24, died from gunshot wounds to the abdomen, and his death has been listed as a homicide.

Police said Archie was involved in an argument with three other men in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 3400 block of Algiers Drive, near the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard North with North Lamb Boulevard.

Multiple shots were heard, and Archie left the area on foot and walked about a block to the 3400 block of Marion Drive, where police found him dead on the sidewalk.
