Second suspect in custody for November homicide

The second suspect in a November homicide was arrested in Los Angeles and extradited to Las Vegas.

Dawnyell Flynn was booked into Clark County Detention Center on Wednesday.

Flynn and Lawrence Fuller have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder with a deadly weapon in the death of Patrick Lowe, according to Las Vegas police.

Fuller shot Lowe after a cocaine deal went bad at an apartment complex near Twain Avenue and Paradise Road, according to the arrest report.

Flynn then took the gun and shot Lowe in the back of the head as he cried out for help, the report states.

Both Flynn and Fuller fled the scene before police arrived.

Detectives found four .40 caliber cartridge cases in the alley east of the apartment building and one .40 caliber cartridge case next to Lowe’s body.

Flynn was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department and extradited to Las Vegas to face charges. Fuller was arrested in November and remains in custody.
