Four suspects sought in Saturday shooting

Police are looking for four suspects in connection with a shooting that left one man dead near downtown Las Vegas Saturday night.

Metro responded to the scene near 21st Street and Elm Avenue about 7:15 p.m. and found a man lying on the sidewalk, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, police said.

Police believe the victim and his wife were confronted by a group of people prior to the shooting at a nearby convenience store. As the couple left the store, they got into another confrontation with the same group. One of the suspects then pulled out a gun and shot the victim several times, police said.

The suspects then fled the scene. The victim was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

The first suspect is a male between 15 and 21 years-old. He is approximately 5-foot-9-inches with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black and white cap.

The second suspect is a male between 15 and 21-years-old with a thin build and a red cap.

The third suspect is a male between 15 and 21-years old, standing approximately 5-foot-3 inches and weighs about 240 pounds.

The fourth suspect is a female between 15 and 21 years-old and has long, dark hair.
