FBI probe causes commotion, leaves questions

An FBI probe caused a ruckus Tuesday at a central valley home.

But besides a broken window and garage door, it’s not clear what the commotion was about.

FBI spokeswoman Bridget Pappas declined to offer details on what sparked the “law enforcement action” at the house in the 6700 block of Arroyo Avenue, near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Avenue.

“More information will be provided if and when the situation dictates,” Pappas said in an email.

Construction workers were repairing the home about 9:30 a.m.

“The FBI uses the level of force necessary to make a safe entry based on individual circumstances and we are required to leave the residence secure,” Pappas said.

This is a developing story. Check back here for details.
