Las Vegas police investigate stabbings near Monte Carlo

An altercation early Friday morning led to two men being stabbed near the Monte Carlo, according to Las Vegas police.

Officers were called to a sidewalk near Rue De Monte Carlo and Las Vegas Boulevard South at 3:45 a.m., police said.

When they arrived, they found two men with nonlife-threatening stab wounds. One man was stabbed in the ear and the other one in the arm, police said.

Police said they were looking for two Hispanic men believed to be in the fight.

The injured men were taken to University Medical Center.

In a separate incident Friday morning, police arrested a suspect in a stabbing near Planet Hollywood.
