Las Vegas police need help finding bank robber

Las Vegas police asked for the public’s help Monday in identifying a man they say robbed a bank.

Police did not specify which bank was robbed, saying only that it happened near Maryland Parkway and Harmon Avenue, or when the robbery occurred.

Officers said the man approached a teller and handed a note demanding money. The man took money and fled.

Police described the man as in his 20s, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, about 130 pounds and with acne scars on his face. He was last seen wearing an Oakland A’s black baseball hat, large framed black sunglasses, a white and blue striped shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black shoulder strap backpack.
