One person was in critical condition Wednesday after a car crash near Arville Street and Sirius Avenue, according to Las Vegas police.

Police said a moped driver was taken to University Medical Center after crashing into an SUV just before 11:30 a.m.

Police had no further details of the accident.

Drivers were advised by police to avoid the area because there could be traffic delays.
