One person dies after double stabbing in northeast Las Vegas

One person died early Thursday morning after being stabbed on the northeast side of the Las Vegas Valley.

Las Vegas police responded just after midnight to the area of Lake Mead Boulevard and Los Feliz Street, where they found two people who had been stabbed, Lt. Sasha Larkin said.

Both were transported to the hospital. One died at the hospital. The other had abdominal stab wounds but was expected to live.

There were no known witnesses to the stabbings, Larkin said. The Clark County coroner’s office will release the name of the deceased.
