Police seek help in finding man linked to marijuana shipment

Las Vegas police narcotics detectives want the public to help them find a man connected to a package of marijuana that was shipped last month.

Police released a surveillance image of a man at a shipping store near Craig Road and Jones Boulevard.

In the picture, the man appears to have a muscular build and braided hair. He is wearing a burgundy shirt with a white logo on the front. Police said the man weighs about 240 pounds and is about 6 feet tall.

Police referred to the man as a “person of interest.” They said a package containing several pounds of marijuana was sent to Orlando, Fla., on June 20.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the man in the picture may call Metro’s narcotics detectives at 702-828-3461. To remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or www.crimestoppersofnv.com.
