About 5,058 houses in the northwest valley were without power Wednesday night, NV Energy reported.

The zip codes affected include 89130 and 89107, NV Energy’s website shows.

The outages were reported about 9 p.m.

Just before 10 p.m., about 1,500 homes remained affected.
