Service organizations seek to better publicize missions

Leaders from the largest nonprofits in the Las Vegas area convened Wednesday morning to find ways to better deliver their message to the community.

Organizations, including Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Goodwill of Southern Nevada and the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas, want to find a more effective way to let the community know about their services and how they can impact people’s lives. Leaders also talked about how they can better collaborate with each other to strengthen the ties between them.

The meeting was held at the United Way of Southern Nevada’s offices on West Flamingo Road.
