Body found in Colorado River in Bullhead City identified

Arizona authorities have identified the man whose body was pulled from the Colorado River in Bullhead City, Arizona, on March 25 as Eugene J. Harrell, 48, of Mound Bayou, Mississippi.

Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said family members indicated Harrell left Mississippi on a bus to visit his son in Las Vegas.

How he came to be in the river is unknown, she said.

Fromelt said there are no indications of foul play but the death remains under investigation.
