Strip traffic restricted overnight to accommodate film shoot
January 19, 2016 - 6:15 pm
The Strip, between Flamingo Road and Tropicana Avenue, will be down to one lane overnight Wednesday as film crews work on a production, the Metropolitan Police Department says.
All lanes will be shut down for "brief periods of time" from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday, Metro says.
Similar restrictions in the area were in place a week ago.
Metro provided no further details on what is being filmed.
In a recent interview with Variety, actor Matt Damon said filming for the latest movie in the Bourne series, which includes a Strip chase, was to start last week.
