Official Contest Rules
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 21 years of age or older at the time of entry to win. Employees of the Stephens Media Interactive, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Las Vegas Gladiators, and any of the contest sponsors, and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each are ineligible to participate in this promotion. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: (1) Enter online at reviewjournal.com. Fill in the online entry form in its entirety in order to be eligible, then click on the "Click Here To Enter" button. One entry is allowed per person (with a valid e-mail address) per drawing period. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the drawing. In addition, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any computer or other property resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials for, this drawing. Each e-mail entry shall be deemed to have been sent by the authorized account holder, at the time of such entry, of the e-mail address indicated on such entry. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online drawing if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins Dec. 29, 2005, and ends Jan. 9, 2006. Entries must be received by midnight on the night before the drawing date.
DRAWING: There will be one (1) winner determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about Jan. 10, 2006. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or is not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: The winner will receive (1) two-some for the 'Grip it and Rip it' Golf charity event, which will take place on Jan. 12, 2006 at Siena Golf Club. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes granted except at Sponsor's sole option of a prize of comparable or greater value. No prize transfers permitted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential prize winner will be notified by e-mail and phone. The winner must reply by Jan. 11, 2006 by 5 p.m. to claim their prize. The winner must show valid state issued driver's license or other identification as evidence of identity when requesting their prize at the appropriate place on January 12, 2006. PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED BY January 11 AT 5 P.M. YOUR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. Winners agree that Las Vegas Gladiators and Las Vegas Review-Journal may use their name and/or likeness in promotional materials without further payment or consideration. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from Las Vegas. All federal, state, and local taxes are the prize winner's sole responsibility.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS LAS VEGAS GLADIATORS AND/OR LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, COSTS, EXPENSES AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY OF THE PRIZES AWARDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY.
