American West offers new plans

American West Kingsbridge, located in Coronado Ranch in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley , offers six new floor plans. The two- and three-story home designs measure from 1,486 to 2,544 square feet.

"American West Kingsbridge offers a design for nearly every lifestyle and taste," said general sales manager Shawn Grundy. "Residents are greeted by classical architectural detailing, front porches adorned with custom paving stones and professionally landscaped front yards."

Priced from $317,500, the homes include three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and two-car garages. Room configurations, based on plan, include an open great-room layout, formal dining room, study, game room and master retreat. The neighborhood's featured floor plan, The William, introduces a three-story design with the secondary and master bedrooms situated at the third-floor with a centralized, open study area, laundry room and two full baths, including the master.

The 2,544-square-foot layout is highlighted by granite kitchen countertops, custom cabinetry, sculptured railings with glass inserts, raised-panel interior doors and recessed lighting. These highlights are included in all Kingsbridge home designs, from the 1,486-square-foot Andrew to the Samantha, which measures 1,864 square feet.

Bath designs in each model include cultured marble vanities, Roman tub and separate showers. All master baths are appointed with cultured marble walls. Standard features include Moen faucets, Closet Maid shelving and Whirlpool appliances.

The exceptional value of Kingsbridge stretches far beyond the homes, tree-lined streets and landscaped entries. The community is located minutes from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and the Las Vegas Strip. Parks, schools, and an abundance of shopping and dining opportunities abound.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard and exit south. Proceed to Shelbourne Avenue. Turn left to the models. Model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 263-0150 or visit
