Carlisle at Summerlin lives luxury


Priced from $193,490, Carlisle at Summerlin condominiums are nearly 80 percent sold, according to Shane Blocker of The Blocker Team of Century 21 Infinity, the company selling the luxury condominiums

According to Blocker, the developer of the gated resort-style complex is offering a $10,000 incentive package when buyers use the development's preferred lenders.

Featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom units, the community includes a custom-designed heated swimming pool with waterfall feature and rock island, a hydrotherapy spa, fireplace sitting area and clubhouse.

"This is a great place to live. Everything you need is here already," Blocker said. "You do not have to worry about going far or dodging new construction."

There are six models, including four condominium plans and two townhome styles with two-car attached garages.

Condominium models range from the one-bedroom, one-bath Clifton to the Cambourne, which offers three bedrooms, two baths and an optional den.

The townhome-style models are the Abbington, which has two master bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, gas fireplace and two-car attached garage; and the Aldridge, which has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, gas fireplace and two-car attached garage.

Standard features include 9-foot or vaulted ceilings, two-tone designer paint, multimedia/entertainment niche, maple cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, ceramic tile in the kitchen, entry and baths.

Each residence offers an appliance package with washer and dryer, stainless steel natural gas range and oven, built-in microwave, multicycle dishwasher and refrigerator.

An on-the-grounds clubhouse features kitchen area with bar, open social area, 46-inch flat-screen TV/DVD player, fireplace and a 900-square-foot fitness facility with cardio and weight-training equipment, changing areas for men and women and a dry sauna.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to the Summerlin Parkway or take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west to the Summerlin Parkway. From the Summerlin Parkway, exit at Town Center Drive and go south. Turn right on to Covington Cross Drive. Carlisle is on the right at 10250 N. Covington Cross Drive.
