Dunhill Homes is entering the final week of its spring sales event, which gives new homebuyers thousands in savings at Rhodes Ranch in southwest Las Vegas. Rhodes Ranch is a top-rated master-planned community with 12 floor plans and many amenities.

Jones said the combination of newly available home sites and the savings at Rhodes Ranch have helped many who were weighing their options with other communities or resales make a decision quickly.
“In fact, a couple that were previously renting in Rhodes Ranch bought a new home here last week,” Jones said. “They were weighing their options between buying a resale home or buying new and with our spring sales event the decision became an easy one.”

Homebuyers are also noticing new home sites and neighborhoods now available at Rhodes Ranch.
“We have opened the brand new Millbrook neighborhood near the main entrance and are building homes from our Monterey collection there,” Jones said.
Rhodes Ranch offers 12 single and two-story floor plans that range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$200,000s. The community offers residents a multimillion-dollar recreation center, award-winning golf course, two gated entrances, the Fun Zone Water Park, miles of walking trails and several outdoor fitness and play areas.
