Engle extends promotion

Engle Homes will extend its special financing promotion through Oct. 14 on houses that close by Nov. 30, according to Cheryl Kypreos, president of the Nevada Division of Engle Homes. The program, which was launched Sept. 1, offers buyers a 30-year fixed loan with an interest rate (APR) of 5.875 percent. In addition, the builder is offering incentives up to $100,000 off as well as zero closing costs on the purchase of a new home, she said.

The special is offered at Ladera Terrace in Summerlin's Mesa Village; Cambria, Somerset and Falcon Ridge in North Las Vegas; Rivendell and Beacon Hill in Mountain's Edge; and Copper Creek Estates in the southeast.

Ladera Terrace offers two-story courtyard homes with three floor plans and prices starting in the mid-$300,000s.

Cambria offers a gated neighborhood of homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,726 square feet.

Somerset and Falcon Ridge offer three floor plans ranging from about 1,798 to 2,778 square feet.

Rivendell offers single-story homes. Beacon Hill is a gated three-story townhome neighborhood that includes a two-story clubhouse and swimming pool. Prices start in the $200,000s.
