Esperanza opens in Summerlin

Summerlin’s westernmost village, The Paseos, continues to take shape at a quick pace fueled in large part by consumer demand for new homes in Summerlin.

The village boasts three neighborhoods under development including Esperanza by Lennar.

Homes at Esperanza are designed with Spanish architecture accents. The neighborhood offers 95 homesites with four floor plans ranging from 3,242 to 3,864 square feet.

New homebuyers can select from three two-story floor plans or opt for the 1½ floor design that includes a partial second-level guest suite with private living room, private bedroom, bath and optional kitchenette. Additional designs to accommodate extended families include the optional first-floor “granny suite” or homes with as many as seven bedrooms.

Homes in Esperanza offer as many as five bedrooms, 3½ baths and three-car garages. Other design elements include sun decks, super loggias, miradors, porches, courtyards, first-floor master bedroom suites with an optional second master bedroom suite, lofts and library.

All homes in Esperanza are Energy Star certified and come standard with landscaped front yards, driveway pavers and interior accents including General Electric stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Pricing starts in the high $400,000s and ranges to the low $500,000s.
