Last day for Toll Brothers' 'Meet the Builder' offer

Toll Brothers’ two-weekend event, dubbed Special Toll Advantage Day “Meet the Builder,” began last week where homebuyers toured homes under construction and met the onsite builder teams.

Homebuyers were eager to learn more about the architectural design, floor plans and quality products when touring the new homes throughout the valley, according to Gary Mayo, group president.

Las Vegas homebuyers toured homesites at Toll Brothers at Savona in Las Vegas, Inspirada in Henderson, and took hard-hat tours of the new model at Santaluz in Summerlin now under construction. Homebuyers have one more day to get a glimpse behind the scenes today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Toll Advantage Days helps buyers to get an up-close-and-personal look at building a Toll Brothers home,” Mayo said. “Everyone wants to save money — without compromising quality and value. This is an exceptional chance to learn all about the advantages of choosing Toll Brothers — homebuyers owe it to themselves to recognize there really is a difference. There are an amazing number of home-style choices in communities situated in only the best locations, and Toll Brothers backs it all up with quality and value and a 46-year history of integrity and financial strength,” he said.

Buyers can learn about the advantages of new-home construction — from energy efficiency to creating a home that reflects their lifestyle, he said. He added that homebuyers who buy new homes instead of buying resale homes can move right in without having to make repairs or change anything. They will have up-to-date features and start fresh with new appliances. Many Toll Brothers homebuyers also will have the benefit of amenities within their communities, such as a pool and clubhouse.

To take advantage of the event’s special offers, buyers must make a deposit before Sunday. Special Toll Advantage Day offerings will vary among communities, so buyers should contact their community of interest to learn more.
