Lennar to host sales event today

Today and Sunday Lennar is letting buyers choose their own backyards during its San Gabriel and Canyon Springs Event from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Backyard packages include entertaining areas, family fun areas and low-maintenance greenery.

"We are offering something for everyone during this two-day event," said Marlo Lasko, Lennar new-home consultant.

Besides backyard landscaping packages, Lennar's San Gabriel and Canyon Springs communities also offer several floor plans and styles to choose.

North Las Vegas Canyon Springs community only has 10 homes available.

These single- and two-story homes measure 1,794 to 2,505 square feet with four bedrooms, as many as three baths, lofts and a full bedroom and bathroom available downstairs.

Federal Housing Administration loans are available on all Lennar homes in Las Vegas.
