Lennar touts Canyon Springs' floor plan options

Homes at Lennar's Canyon Springs neighborhood in North Las Vegas range from 1,905 to 3,128 square feet and come with a three-car garage.

Two single-story plans are offered, the La Jolla design with 1,905 square feet and the Laguna layout with 2,201 square feet. Two-story floor plans include the Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet and the Beverly Hills with 3,128 square feet. Residences are priced from the $200,000s.

"Home buyers want and expect more for their money," sales agent Linda Coleman said. "Today's home buyers are smart shoppers. They are looking for larger floor plans that, in some cases, can accommodate multigenerational families, and Canyon Springs' floor plans do exactly that."

Homes at Canyon Springs come with features at no additional cost, Coleman said. The features include stainless-steel kitchen appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, full window coverings throughout and a new washer and dryer.

As an Energy Star-certified community, homes at Canyon Springs conserve energy to help protect the environment while ensuring lower power bills for homeowners, he said.

"It's actually a very good time to purchase a new home," Coleman said. "Loan rates are still a bargain, and actually quite low by historic comparison, and our financing is with conforming 30-year fixed-rate fully amortized loans for most buyers."

Design highlights of the single-story homes at Canyon Springs include a front courtyard, split garages, covered porch entry and a tech center in the La Jolla floor plan, while formal living and dining rooms and a great-room kitchen distinguish the Laguna model.

The two-story designs offer flexibility, according to Coleman. The Santa Clara provides four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,714 square feet.

"The two-story Beverly Hills is a fabulous multifamily home design," she said. "It is a spacious 3,128 square feet home, with five bedrooms plus a game loft, a main floor family room, and three bathrooms."

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to North 5th Street, then south on 5th to Alexander Road. Models are open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
