Lennar’s Fox Hollow, Rancho d’Oro offers parks, gazebo, paths

Lennar's Fox Hollow and Rancho d'Oro, two neighborhoods located at Losee Road and Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas share a gated entrance with a walled perimeter and a 3-acre community park.

"The park is such an exciting asset for our families," sales manager Tom Bruttomesso said. "There are lots of grassy open spaces, walking paths, a romantic gazebo, a children's play area, barbecues and even picnic tables. Our homeowners love all these amenities. And our homes are reasonably priced from the $300,000s."

Standard amenities feature kitchens with modern stainless-steel appliances, including an over-the-range microwave, a gas range, built-in dishwasher, and even the refrigerator with icemaker.

The upgraded kitchens have the hottest look with rich granite countertops, and elegant raised-panel oak cabinetry with upper crown molding. A washer and dryer, and full window coverings are also standard amenities at both neighborhoods.

Homes at Rancho d'Oro range from the single-story Joya with 1,665 square feet to the two-story Brillante with 2,862 square feet, and feature paver-stone walkways and driveways, while the exteriors feature interesting pop-out detailing that adds an air of quality, with designer selected stone accents on select elevations.

The three-bedroom Joya includes a recessed courtyard and entry opening to a great-room living area, which features a media niche, fireplace, dining, and an L-shaped chef's kitchen with a pantry and island with counter seating.

The master suite is separate, the third bedroom sits at the very front of the home and includes a sliding door that opens to the front courtyard patio, making it ideal for older family members or independent teens.

Rancho d'Oro home sites measure 4,500 square feet with ample space for a swimming pool, children's play area or built-in barbecue.

Fox Hollow also presents four selected home designs on 4,500-square-foot home sites.

The single-story, 1,646-square-foot Dakota includes four bedrooms and two baths.

Three two-story floor plans range from 2,316 to 2,695 square feet with as many as four bedrooms plus a loft, three baths and a three-car garage.

Both neighborhoods are Energy Star certified and feature prewiring for telephone, cable and ceiling fans, and structured CAT-5E high tech wiring.
