Lennar's Marble Canyon features Opal, Topaz models within Mountain's Edge

Lennar's Marble Canyon neighborhood has two homes remaining for sale at the Mountain's Edge master-planned community in the southwestern valley.

The Opal floor plan and the Topaz model are both available for immediate or 30-day move-in. Pricing is from the $600,000s.

Homes in the gated neighborhood feature three-car garages, paver-stone drives and front walkways, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and maple cabinetry.

The two-story Opal measures 3,143 square feet, with four bedrooms, a main floor den and full bath, and covered patio from the family room. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a fireplace.

The 4,017-square-foot, five-bedroom Topaz has a two-story turret entry above the foyer, a two-story library and bay windows at the formal living room and dining room. Marble Canyon is adjacent to the Mountain's Edge Exploration Park and the Rural Neighborhood Preservation.

The master plan will include six parks and three elementary schools, three middle schools and one high school.
