Lennar’s Marble Canyon features Opal, Topaz models within Mountain’s Edge

Lennar's Marble Canyon neighborhood has two homes remaining for sale at the Mountain's Edge master-planned community in the southwestern valley.
The Opal floor plan and the Topaz model are both available for immediate or 30-day move-in. Pricing is from the $600,000s.
Homes in the gated neighborhood feature three-car garages, paver-stone drives and front walkways, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and maple cabinetry.
The two-story Opal measures 3,143 square feet, with four bedrooms, a main floor den and full bath, and covered patio from the family room. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a fireplace.

To visit Marble Canyon, take Interstate 15 south to Blue Diamond Road, or take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Rainbow Boulevard and exit south to Blue Diamond Road. Take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive, turn south to Richmar Avenue, then west on Richmar to the Lennar Diamond Creek sales office.
