Home sites measure up to one-half acre at Lennar's Silver Creek, a gated enclave of 20 residences located just north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and North Jones Boulevard in the northwestern valley.

Home sites feature a pool-sized backyard, and most offer side yards with space for RV or boat parking.

The two-story residences range from 4,401 to 5,000 square feet, featuring four or five bedrooms, three to 41/2 baths and three- to four-car garages.

Prices start in the $500,000s.

Standard features include upgraded stainless-steel appliances with refrigerator, 42-inch maple kitchen cabinetry accented by crown molding, upgraded slab-granite countertops and upgraded flooring.
