The LivingSmart Homes Providence community offers new-home designs from one of the valley's most established homebuilders.

"Pardee Homes has been building homes and communities in Southern Nevada for 60 years, including the master-planned communities of Spring Valley, Nevada Trails, Rancho Las Palmas and Eldorado," said Rob Tuvell, Pardee regional sales director.

Pardee Homes' LivingSmart Homes Providence is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with such features as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option. Prices start at $205,990.

Some move-in ready homes are available, including a Plan 2-B, which measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, workshop and buyer's choice of flooring. It is priced at $232,390.

Floor plans include the single-story Plan One, which measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage. It is priced from $205,990.

Plan Two measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen, and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop in a two-story design. It is priced from $214,990.

The two-story Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage and is priced from $231,990.

Plan Four at LivingSmart Homes Providence measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage. It is priced from $245,990 and can be built with an optional patio or outdoor room with a unique 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional sixth and seventh bedroom and fourth bath instead of the game room.

Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.

To visit, exit the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and follow to Centennial Parkway, the entrance to the community is on the right. Sales office hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
