Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart Homes Providence in northwestern Las Vegas features new homes priced from the mid-$200,000s, including a limited number of move-in-ready homes.

A spacious Plan Four B at LivingSmart Homes Providence is move-in-ready and measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. Priced at $332,590, the home includes a den/office, bonus room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from the $250,000s.
