Pardee Homes' latest offering in the master-planned community it helped to developed during the past two decades is LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge, the first gated community in Eldorado in North Las Vegas.
LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge is a collection of four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet.
The one- and two-story plans include such features as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from $209,950.
The neighborhood is within the Eldorado master-planned community and can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook Street.
A move-in ready Plan 4-C is currently offered at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge.
The home measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office, bonus room, stainless steel kitchen appliances including refrigerator, designer interior paint, washer and dryer, radiant barrier and buyer's choice of flooring.
The home is priced at $264,400 and features a cul-de-sac home site.

The single-story Plan One at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.
Plan Two at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop.
Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage.
Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage.
It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a unique 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside.
Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and two additional bedrooms and fourth bath instead of the game room.
Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.
LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, he said.
Through two new programs, Pardee is helping many families overcome obstacles to buying a new home.
Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as many as three years, allowing them to take advantage of the best buyer's market in decades, according to Tuvell.
"The Smart Move Advantage program represents one of several steps Pardee Homes has taken to boost buyer confidence and smooth the path to new-home ownership," Tuvell said.
