According to Stark, many homes being shown during Prudential's Open House Extravaganza are also offered with competitive pricing and value per square foot.

"We have some great buys on our clients' listings as well as bank-owned properties," he said.

"There has never been a better time to buy a home in Las Vegas. With great values in all areas of town, the Open House will give buyers an opportunity to see many incredible homes easily and in person."

In addition to the americanagroup.net listing, open houses will also be listed in the Las Vegas Review-Journal every Sunday through May 25.

Prudential Americana Group, Realtors is an independently owned and operated member of Prudential Real Estate affiliates and is the 11th largest in the company's national network of 677 franchises, according to Stark.

It is the largest real estate company in Las Vegas with nearly 1,100 local real estate agents and has been operating since 1979.
