The Southwest Las Vegas master-planned community, Rhodes Ranch, offers dozens of floor plans including three single-story designs in The Irons collection.
"Not only are these among the most popular homes in Rhodes Ranch, but they include limited-time incentives that can save you thousands off the price of your new home," said Taylor Smith, sales agent.
According to Smith, developer Rhodes Homes is offering $5,000 towards upgrades and 3 percent of the sale price towards closing costs on every new home sold at The Irons.
"On the smallest model alone, that translates into at least $6,000 towards your closing costs," she said.
At The Irons, two of the floor plans are shown as model homes and the largest design, which isn't modeled, has become one of Rhodes Ranch's secret stars, according to Smith.
"Residence 1931, which isn't modeled, is The Irons' largest plan and includes three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, a family room and an open kitchen," Smith said. "One of the things people love about this home is that the master bedroom has two walk-in closets. For those who need their closet space, this home has plenty."
Residence 1611 at The Irons is named for its square footage and includes four bedrooms, two baths and a great room.
"This home has one walk-in closet in the master and one in another bedroom," Smith said.
"Single story homes are very popular because the higher ceilings create a sense of openness."
"At The Irons, vaulted ceilings span as high as 15 feet in some rooms and significantly add to the spaciousness you feel when you walk into the homes."
Standard features at The Irons in Rhodes Ranch include Kenmore-brand appliances, beech wood cabinetry, cultured marble countertops in the baths, rocker style light switches and television and ceiling fan prewiring in the master bedrooms and family rooms.
Rhodes Ranch offers an award-winning golf course, miles of walking paths and a 35,000-square-foot recreation center.
Its signature Fun Zone Water Park is open for the summer and available exclusively to residents.
The R Club recreation center features indoor and outdoor activities, including swimming pools, workout facility, racquetball and basketball courts and billiards room.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, designed by architect Ted Robinson, is a par-72 course and was named a "Best Value" by Vegas Golfer magazine.
Prices at The Irons in Rhodes Ranch start at $215,000.
