Rhodes touts Zanetti in Tuscany

Rhodes Homes' Zanetti neighborhood in the Tuscany master plan offers five single-story floor plans in the southeastern valley.

Homes at Zanetti range from 1,264 to 1,781 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Most popular have been the 1,606- and 1,705-square-foot models, sales associate Michael Blevens said.

Zanetti's 1606 residence includes two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, den, island kitchen and front porch. Options include a fireplace and French doors in the master bedroom.

"The 1606 is a very open floor plan and its kitchen island is at a unique angle that makes it perfect for entertaining," Blevens said.

With a den located near the front of the home, Blevens said, the 1606 is also ideal for those who work from home or want a quiet study area.

"This is the only floor plan that features standard vaulted ceilings," Blevens said. "When combined with the multiple windows and use of lighting, the vaulted ceilings create a nice open feeling."

Zanetti's 1705 floor plan features three bedrooms, two baths, front porch, great room, nook and a food-preparation island kitchen.

"The island is square, which has been very popular with our home buyers," Blevens said.

"Overall, Zanetti offers great values on its homes in a community that truly transforms you to the countryside of Tuscany," he said. "As soon as you enter the gates, you'll forget you are anywhere near Las Vegas until you see our absolutely gorgeous view of the city lights at night."

With prices at Zanetti starting in the mid-$200,000s, Blevens said first-time home buyers have an opportunity to buy at Tuscany while staying within their budget.

Blevens said residents pay a modest monthly homeowners association fee and receive access to Tuscany's recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to receiving 50 channels of cable television.
