Richmond American's new Gold Star Event, which provides savings on select homes across the Las Vegas Valley, will run through Oct. 19.

The home builder offers more than 80 different floor plans throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with homes spanning from 950 to more than 3,800 square feet. Nearly 30 neighborhoods are available across the valley. Prospective homebuyers also can find information on Richmond American's Gold Star homes and Las Vegas communities by visiting the Home Gallery, which offers all the resources buyers need to find and design a new home.
