Richmond American offers buyer incentives

Richmond American's 3 Days to Save event began Friday in neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas. Through Sunday, qualified buyers can receive up to 3 percent closing cost assistance on quick move-in homes or up to $10,000 toward Home Gallery options and upgrades homes that have yet to be constructed.

Plus, buyers can go to to receive a online offer for a backyard landscape package with the purchase of their new home, according to company officials.

"Prices across the valley are already extraordinary, and this weekend's special offer just adds to the value," said Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales.

Richmond American offers more than 80 different floor plans across Las Vegas, with prices spanning from the mid-$100,000s to the $400,000s. The builder offers home designs with two-bedroom homes with 1,100 square feet to seven-bedroom plans with just over 3,800 square feet. Quick move-in and model homes are available.

In addition to professional design consultants, the center has new home specialists who are available to help visitors browse floor plans, neighborhoods and homes available for quick move-in.

Representatives from Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp., also are on hand to answer financing questions.
