Richmond American Homes is showcasing its new ranch homes in Hidden Canyon Estates, a gated neighborhood in the northwestern part of the city.
The homebuilder has more than 19 communities throughout the Las Vegas area and operations in 11 states.
The distinctive collection of ranch homes at Hidden Canyon start from the low $400,000s, and include as many as five bedrooms, with homes as large as 4,000 square feet.
They come with an array of features that are included in the price of the home.
Some of these are kitchen islands, beech cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and double ovens, ceramic tile flooring and paver stone driveways and walkways. Three-car garages are also included. A deluxe master bath with separate tub and shower is included on some plans as well.
In addition, the luxury homes have multislide patio doors, guest suites with private baths and kitchenettes, free-standing bathtubs, courtyards and General Electric Café appliances. Some homesites measure nearly one-quarter of an acre.
Once homebuyers select a floor plan and homesite, they will have the opportunity to work with one of the Home Gallery’s professional design consultants to choose colors, textures, finishes and fixtures to personalize their new living spaces.
The consultants professionally color-match their selections. They also give ideas on potential furniture layouts.
Hidden Canyon Estates is off Torrey Pines Drive and Rome Boulevard, and provides quick access to the Las Vegas Beltway and U.S. Highway 95, putting residents near shopping, dining, the new Veterans Affairs hospital and Mount Charleston.
The Reagan model home is available for touring. It has a courtyard entry. Inside is a grand entry with adjacent wet bar, which leads to a kitchen with an oversized island. Off the entry and kitchen is an extended covered patio, accessed through three multislide patio doors.
Other features include a study and a master suite with sitting area, two walk-in closets and a private bath.
Richmond American’s affiliates, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp. and American Home Insurance Agency Inc., help the builder streamline the homebuying experience.
Potential buyers can speak with a loan officer at Home American Mortgage to find out which designer upgrades can be rolled into mortgage payments.
