Ryland Homes features dual master suites

Ryland Homes invites home shoppers to visit homes in several neighborhoods offering dual master suites, dual master bedrooms and expanded master suites.

“As parents, we are really the busiest ones in the family, so Ryland Homes has taken special care to offer the perfect respite to relax and recharge when you’re home,” said Ray Abraham, sales agent at Ryland’s Verada View neighborhood in the Providence master plan. “Dual master suites are especially nice if you have parents living with you or adult children at home. You both get the extra space that adults really want and need in their homes.”

At Verada View in northwest Las Vegas, two three-story homes offer options for master suites. The 2,070-square-foot Cassiopeia allows homeowners to expand their space with an optional master retreat or dual master bedrooms. A second bedroom can be built as a master retreat, making the entire third floor an oversized master suite. Homebuyers can also build a first-floor bonus room into a second master suite with the Cassiopeia.

“Homes with dual master bedrooms have great resale value, so these have been very popular at Verada View,” Abraham said. “It is rare to find master suites in new homes, yet many families are blended with adult parents and children living with the core family.”

Ryland’s Capella floor plan at Verada View includes dual master suites as standard features with each suite on its own floor. As with all three-story homes at Verada View, the Capella includes the builder’s signature rooftop deck as a standard feature. The decks are available as options with two-story homes in the neighborhood.

“Rooftop decks are one of the most popular features at Verada View,” Abraham said. “They offer residents and their guests breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, city and surrounding mountains. And since the neighborhood is sloped and at a higher elevation, every home has opportunities to take in the panoramic views.”

Master suites are super-sized at Ryland’s Monteverdi neighborhood, also in northwest Las Vegas. Monteverdi celebrated the grand opening of its three-story townhomes last month. Its standard rooftop decks and oversized master suites have proven to be some of the homes’ most attractive features.

“Monteverdi is a resort-style community, so the homes are perfect for homeowners with roommates or adult children living at home,” said sales counselor Cyndi Chaudhuri. “Both can have their own floors of the home.”

At Monteverdi, the Cavali and Rossi floor plans both offer options to extend the master suites. The 1,964-square-foot Cavali plan can be built with a super master suite that can comprise the home’s entire second floor with a separate tub and shower, master retreat, walk-in closet, laundry room and optional wet bar. The 1,956-square-foot Rossi plan can be built with an extended master suite that includes an oversized walk-in closet, separate tub and shower and direct access to the rooftop deck.

Monteverdi has a neighborhood pool, clubhouse, fitness room, tot lot and walking trails. It is near and shopping, as well as the 215 Beltway. Three plans are offered, ranging in size from 1,964 to 2,227 square feet. All are three-story town homes with two-car garages, up to four bedrooms and up to 3½ baths.

Prices at Monteverdi start at $184,990. Monteverdi is qualified for the Nevada Bond program and Monteverdi and Verada View are qualified for the LIFT program, both providing assistance with down payment and closing costs.
