Ryland Homes will celebrate the grand opening of Madori Gardens, its newest Henderson community, with a free event for home shoppers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.
Madori Gardens is a gated neighborhood of three-story townhomes that include Ryland’s signature rooftop decks.
Today’s grand opening will feature a live radio broadcast from KMXB-FM (94.1). Guests can partake of free gourmet coffee and smoothies and get tours of Madori Gardens’ model homes.
Madori Gardens offers four three-story floor plans ranging from 2,222 to 2,370 square feet. The new designs include up to four bedrooms, up to three and a half baths, a two-car garage and Ryland Homes’ rooftop deck. Prices start at $232,990.
The gated neighborhood includes a park trail, sand volleyball court and two sand horseshoe pits. It is across the street from Reunion Trails Park, which Desert Companion magazine named the 2012 “Best Place for a Peaceful Playtime.” The 12-acre park includes a lighted basketball court, dog park, playground, splash pad, walking course, open grass areas, covered picnic shelters and picnic tables. The park is connected to Henderson’s 120-plus mile trail system.
“Madori Gardens is in the perfect location,” sales agent Alex Natour said. “It is nearby some of the best shopping and dining options in the area, phenomenal parks and is a quick drive to both the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. Plus the schools nearby are very highly rated.”
Madori Gardens is zoned for Kesterson Elementary School, Miller Middle School and Foothill High School. Several private schools, charter schools and universities are also nearby.
Madori Gardens’ designs include rooftop decks and a full bedroom and bath on the first floor. Each home also includes an option for a supersized master suite.
“Madori Gardens is perfect for those with busy lifestyles who don’t have time for a lot of home maintenance and upkeep,” Natour said. “The homeowner’s association maintains the landscaping, amenities and even the exterior of the buildings. And with our current incentives and available homes, you can literally just bring your things and move in without doing anything else.”
Ryland is offering a limited-time incentive at Madori Gardens that provides a free General Electric washer, dryer and refrigerator and blinds in every home. Natour said the appliances can be upgraded when combined with Ryland’s citywide promotion that provides a gourmet kitchen package.
“You can get a free upgrade to stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher, refrigerator, five-burner cooktop and built-in oven,” he said. “The incentives provide an incredible value to this already fantastic neighborhood.”
For those who don’t want to wait for their new home to be built, Natour said Madori Gardens has a few move-in-ready homes available.
