Ryland neighborhoods offer variety of amenities

Luxury amenities are offered at Ryland neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada

A new year means a new commitment to living the happiest and healthiest life possible. Ryland Homes helps its residents stick to their resolutions with communities that offer the fitness and social amenities. From neighborhood pools to large community parks, Ryland Homes residents will start the new year right with dozens of options to get fit and have fun.

Nearly every Ryland Homes neighborhood in Southern Nevada offers its own amenities or is in a master plan with parks, walking trails and pools nearby.

Among its neighborhoods offering private and communities options is Ryland at Evergreen in Mountain’s Edge, a master- planned community in the southwestern valley.

Ryland at Evergreen includes more amenities than any other Ryland community in Southern Nevada with its own private club.

The Club at Yellowstone has three buildings that house a fitness center, locker rooms, meeting rooms, full kitchen and a children’s activity center.

Evergreen residents also have two swimming pools, wading pool, spa, basketball court, barbecue patio and outdoor play structure.

Joining Ryland at Evergreen is Maravilla Vistas, which also is in Mountain’s Edge.

“One of the top parks in Mountain’s Edge, Nathaniel Jones Park, is practically right across the street from Maravilla Vistas,” said sales agent Mara Glaser.

The 20-acre park includes a lighted basketball court, tot lot with shade structure, children’s water play area with splash pad, turf areas, walking trails and shade structures.

On the northwest side of town, residents are keeping their New Year’s resolutions in the Americana-themed Providence master plan. Providence has been named one of the top 10 master-planned communities in the country.

Ryland’s Monticello and Verada View neighborhoods in Providence feature the builder’s signature rooftop decks and are within walking distance of Knickerbocker Park.

This 15-acre park includes play areas for 2- to 5-year-olds and 5- to 12-year-olds, a swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, a multiuse events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.

Monticello residents will have their own community pool this summer. The pool and tot lot are across from Knickerbocker park.

Verada View is Ryland’s first community in Providence to offer the builder’s signature rooftop decks on three-story homes.

“Ryland Homes also offers neighborhoods with their own amenities that aren’t in master plans,” said Bethann Frusco-Dumont, sales agent at Ryland’s Indigo at Hillside neighborhood near Cheyenne Avenue and the West Las Vegas Beltway.

Indigo at Hillside residents have access to a swimming pool, a community park, playground, basketball court and private barbecue area.

At Indigo at Hillside, rooftop decks are standard features and large enough to include an outdoor fireplace to complete this outdoor living room with a hillside vantage.

“At Indigo, residents spend evenings on their rooftop decks enjoying the beautiful weather as well as Las Vegas Strip, city and mountain views. They give each home a unique vantage as well as an additional outdoor living space from the privacy of home,” said Frusco-Dumont.

Rooftop decks are also standard features at all three-story homes in Verada View and all three-story homes in Maravilla Vistas.

Ryland Homes is selling new homes throughout Southern Nevada with prices starting at $185,990. Sales offices are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday through Thursday and noon to 5 p.m. Friday.
