Shea at Ardiente has move-in-ready homes

With 59 homebuyers moving into their SheaXero homes in the past six months, Shea Homes at Ardiente has been experiencing record growth and an influx of buyers seeking out the community’s award-winning designs and energy-efficient technology.

To meet the market’s growing demand, Ardiente has built a limited number of move-in-ready designer homes that include state-of-the-art features at no extra cost to homebuyers, according Kyle Tibbitts, general manager of the community.

The builder is offering a limited number of designer homes on some of Ardiente’s most desirable home sites. Homes released include popular models such as Verona, Rome, Monaco, and the ever-popular Florence, which also has proximity to Ardiente’s exclusive club.

With high-end upgrades such as designer flooring and cabinets, kitchen backsplashes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and front and back landscaping, these homes are expected to sell quickly to savvy buyers who know the strong demand will likely drive prices up, Tibbitts said.

Every home built at Ardiente is a SheaXero — No Electric Bill Home.

Thanks to a revolutionary combination of energy-efficient homebuilding features and a SolarCity solar power system, these intelligently designed homes can save homeowners up to $3,000 a year on monthly electric bills, Tibbitts said.

Other builders charge up to $40,000 for homes with these features, but Ardiente is including it in the home’s base price for a limited time, they said.

“That money saved can be spent to enhance your life in other ways,” Tibbitts, said. “Whether you take a trip to visit family or go on a well-deserved shopping spree, SheaXero gives you freedom. At Ardiente, that’s what living the good life is all about.”

Ardiente features a luxurious resort lifestyle designed to connect those who share a zest for life, he said.

Ranked one of the top-selling communities in Southern Nevada, Ardiente is at 5840 Summit Greens in Las Vegas. Among its resort-style amenities is a 20,000-square-foot club featuring two resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted tennis courts lined for pickle ball, boccie courts, chipping and putting greens, billiards room, game room and business center.

Interested homebuyers can participate in the Taste The Good Life program to become. They will spend three days and two nights in one of Ardiente’s popular models, and receive the full Vegasexperience with two tickets to a show and a dinner voucher to a restaurant on the Strip.
