Shea Homes at Ardiente offers resort lifestyle

Shea Homes at Ardiente is an age-qualified resort community in North Las Vegas.

Residents Kat Snell and Deb Dwelly said they enjoy living in the community.

“How life can change in one short year. This was one of the best changes my sister and I could have made. It was certainly a huge change, but Ardiente isn’t just any old place in the city. Ardiente is a family with new friends and a close-knit community that makes these life changes so much easier,” Kat Snell said.

The community has a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, billiard and game room, bocce and pickle ball courts, two resort-style pools, outdoor basketball court, chipping and putting greens, seven parks with interconnected trails and a Trail Life Course with 24 fitness stations.

“These amenities build on our residents’ experience, which first starts in their home. Each home at Ardiente is the pinnacle of innovative design and energy-efficiency features,” said Kyle Tibbitts, community manager at Ardiente.

Ardiente’s SheaXero No Electric Bill Homes, which combines energy-efficient features and solar power to save homeowners money on their electric bills, are available at no extra charge, Tibbits said. He added the savings could be about $3,000 per year.

“Our dad was a builder and when we saw how well these homes are built and the high standards Shea adheres to, we knew it was a no-brainer to move to Ardiente. The frosting on the cake is the saving in energy. There is nothing like going green with a SheaXero home. Would I do it again? Would I spread the word? I would yell it from the roof tops?” Snell said.

Ardiente is offering two of its most popular designs for quick move-in before the new year, Tibbits said.

St. Tropez — The 1,437-square-foot home opens its doors to a foyer that provides views to the great room, dining area and kitchen with a radius island. This home, with two bedrooms and two baths, has a guest wing for privacy and a master suite with an extra large walk-in closet.

Florence — It has 1,661 square feet of flexible living space. The Florence has an open kitchen connected to the great room and a dining nook. For overnight guests, the guest bedroom is situated away from the master at the front of the house to allow for privacy.

SheaXero homes start in price from the high $100,000s, For more information, visit trilogylife.com or call 877-298-4272.
